Our Story
GRABZI started with a dream, but not the usual kind.
It began with an idea for a burger concept called WKND150, available only on weekends and serving just 150 burgers a day. Simple, limited, and special. However, turning that idea into reality required many resources such as staff, equipment, gas, a large kitchen, and a big budget.
So I decided to start smarter.
One day, I noticed a V60 coffee kit at home, and the idea naturally shifted from burgers to coffee. The concept stayed the same: limited quantities, strong identity, and a unique experience, but in a lighter, faster, and cooler form
One style. One vibe. 150 cups a day.
